2018 Red Label Shiraz Cabernet
Full bodied displaying great balance of blue and black flavours with notes of mocha, olive and eucalypt. The nose shows cabernet influence where the palate displays a beautiful rounded Shiraz characteristic. The tannin profile is firm providing depth and layers to a long complex finish. A wine to be enjoyed now but also supports cellaring.
